This KVM is ideal for computer users who want to control up to 4 units with ease, save on redundant equipment and eliminate time wasted from jumping from one machine to the next. It can simultaneously support both PS/2 and serial mice, with no software required for installation. And it offers hot-swap capability so you can change mice or keyboards while the switch is in operation. Operation is as simple as pressing the push button, entering the hot-key command and navigating through the user-friendly on-screen menu.
With built-in OSD control, you can name your computers, switch to a desired computer from a list, configure settings with easy-to-use menus, view the name of the selected computer on-screen with programmable time interval, etc. Besides, the OSD displays the system status and your KVM switch layout throughout operation. Improved technology ensures steady OSD menu between computers of different VGA resolutions and smooth switching without leaving OSD garbage characters on the screen.
With an optional rackmount kit (item #22396 sold separately), you can easily install this on a standard 19-inch rack. Maximum resolution is UXGA (1600 x 1200 pixels).
