Achieving the best picture possible for your composite video installations requires the correct cable. Copper-clad steel conductors are ideal for RF applications like antennas, cable television and satellite installations but result in poor quality composite video signals. But we offer an RG59/U coax cable designed specifically for installations where you intend to run composite video, RGBHV video, component video and even surveillance systems.
This cable has a 20 AWG solid bare copper center conductor surrounded by a foam polyethylene dielectric, 95% bare copper braid shield and PVC jacket. Use this cable for CL1, CL2, CM, CMX and CMG installations. Swept tested to 3 GHz to ensure performance at applicable frequencies. To help you keep track of cable used, the cable jacket is sequentially marked every two feet. |
